The doctors and clinical team are truly amazing! The individualized care and attention we received made this experience stand out from other orthodontic offices we’ve visited. The front desk team explained the treatment plan and payment options so clearly and was incredibly accommodating. I’m also so happy they have an Oviedo location—it makes visits much easier for those of us who live out this way. We highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Weeks Orthodontics! Not only have I received treatment here, but all three of my children have as well. We could not be happier with the results. The administration and staff are unmatched. Dr. Weeks and Dr. Shadiya are both incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. They take the time to make you feel confident throughout the entire treatment process. I especially want to recognize our patient manager, Miss Olivia. She has been absolutely exceptional! She is patient, kind, attentive, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. She truly makes you feel like you’re more than just a patient.

This morning I called the office to ask a few questions about my retainer I received as part of my treatment with your office in 2019. Beth attended to my vcmail and called me back within a short time. I left details on my vcmail so she called prepared with answers. When I asked more she quickly asked for assistance and even looked up where I could get the recommended product. Beth treated me like if I had walked in the door and was a brand new patient despite all the years that have passed! I had an incredible experience with your office back then and still to this day. Thank you to Beth and your entire office for the continuous red carpet service!

EVERYTHING about this office is INCREDIBLE! From the first phone call to set up the appointment to the minute we walked out the door. Kris is WONDERFUL! So sweet when I booked our appointment. She was so personable and asked the nicest questions just to get to know my daughter before we even came in. AND she was just as sweet in person! I was welcomed with a great big hug and offered a fancy coffee right away. Kevin took the photos of my daughter’s teeth and he was SO kind!!! Again, so personable and kind toward my daughter and I! Front desk was amazing! Then we met Dr. Weeks and he was just as great as everyone else!! We came to the office for a second opinion. The first ortho suggested we put a bracket in and braces or else we would need to do surgery and I had bad vibes with it. Dr. Weeks explained everything to me and was so honest and we are just keeping an eye on it and he showed me all the photos and explained the plan so clearly to me. This is our ortho for life for all of my kiddos!!!! So grateful to have found this office!

They have been patient, professional and kind. I’m extremely happy with the treatment and orthodontist results both boys have had. I highly recommend their practice. It feels bitter sweet we are done. While I’m excited for my boys are out of braces, I’ll truly miss coming to the office. Thank you to all at Dr. Weeks for their hard-work and amazing attitudes.

Ive been at Dr. weeks for a long time, I had braces for over 3 years and was with them the whole way. They’ve always been nice, kind, and helpful and now I’m braces free 😁!

Absolutely FANTASTIC staff! Chris who runs the office is one of the sweetest people we have ever met, always greets us by name when we come, which is so amazing after all the faces she sees day in and day out! My older son is on the spectrum and his anxiety runs high at doctors offices but at this one he always feels so comfortable especially because he know they have hot chocolate😂Both of my boys love joking around with Dr Weeks and all of his project managers (especially Doreen🙂) are great! 10000000% recommend Weeks Orthodontist!!!!!

We are so glad we chose this practice for our daughter's braces and wish we'd known about him when our son had to have them. They are all really kind and thorough. The payment plan was very affordable as well. I especially love the convenience of their Oviedo location, plus the office is beautiful (coffee machine a plus 😁). I would recommend Dr. Weeks and his office to anyone who is considering or needs braces.

Our son had a great experience working with Dr. Weeks, he now has his permanent retainer and a great smile. The front office staff is always so cheerful and super easy to work with should any problems arise. I would highly recommend them to any one looking at the possibility of braces. Dr. Weeks is very down to earth, not uppity like some of the other orthodontists we have dealt with in the past. Give them a try you won't regret it!
